Small Group Training

Small group training is a great option for those that want the feeling of personal training with the powerful accountability of 2-3 other people in their workouts.  Our small groups are the pinnacle of strong community, addictive energy, and are the most effective group workouts you will find anywhere in Grand Rapids.

The workouts are constantly moving you forward with built in progressions and regressions/modifications for anyone needing personal adjustments for their specific needs.

You have important goals and not only your trainer, but the rest of the group is going to make sure you reach them.

We are equipped with dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, sleds, battle ropes, tractor tires, slam balls, a power rack, straddle lift, cable machine, dedicated glute bridge/hip thrust station, and a ton of other strength equipment to give you and your teammaters the absolute best workout.  You will build loads of strenth and endless endurance, while having fun with awesome like-minded people.

On top of that, every small group membership comes with three more great features:


As a small group member, every month you will receive a 30-minute sit down with your coach to talk over anything and everything regarding your fitness.  Whether you want to dive further into your nutrition plan, go over a mobility program for at home, or test your body fat, this is your one-on-one time to do so!


The gym is equipped with Myzone, which is a state of the art heart rate monitering system that rewards member efforts the entire time you are here.  This keeps the class energy through the roof from start to finish.  The best part?  When you sign up for any small group membership, you get a Myzone belt for FREE! (a $90 value!)


Every small group member gets an ADDITIONAL conditioning class every single week to use if they choose to.  Our conditioning class is a 45 minute full body blast to make you as efficient as possible when pushing your fitness to the max.


Small group training sessions are 55 minutes in length and you have options Monday through Friday of what classes you want to attend.  Just sign up conveniently on our app!

Small group sessions times:

Mondays:  5:30 PM and 6:30 PM

Tuesdays:  5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, and 9:30 AM

Wednesdays:  5:30 PM and 6:30 PM — Conditioning workout at 7:30 PM

Thursdays:  5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, and 9:30 AM

Fridays:  5:00 PM and 6:00 PM

Small group training is membership based and has the following 12-month package options:

Unlimited – $259/month

Are you a beast in the gym?  Then this package is for you!  The Unlimited gives you access to any class you want 5 days a week along with a monthly sit down with your coach and the weekly conditioning workout!  On top of that, you a get a Myzone belt at no cost to you!

Limited – $209/month

One of our most popular memberships, the Limited membership includes EIGHT classes per month.  With five days of classes to choose from you have the ultimate flexibility!  Just sign up for the classes you want on Mindbody and you’re in!  AND this membership includes a Myzone belt at no cost to you!  Did we mention that’s a $90 value?!  Oh, and yes, you get the weekly conditioning workout as well!

Single – $179/month

We know it’s hard to get to the gym sometimes…so we offer ONE class per week because ONE is always better than none!  You’ve got this!  Sign up for a class on Mindbody and we’ll be waiting to see you each week!  Oh, do you want a MyZone belt??  Of course!  It will yet again be at no cost to you as well as access to our weekly conditioning workout.
